Donegal Bay

We finally FINALLY were able to look at an Apartment in Donegal Bay this morning. We've been trying for almost the last month now. It's been really hard since they have such a high turn over rate and they go pretty quickly. We went by and saw a moving truck yesterday, but apparently they were moving in. At least that's what the office said when we stopped by this morning. Frustrating!

So while we were there we found some stranger who was packing up his car for a trip and Chris asked him if he would be willing to give us a tour of his apartment. He was more than willing to help us out. Thank Goodness!!! We went in and took a look and we loved it! It is so spacious. We took a look at a 2-bedroom even though we would be renting a 3-bedroom. Really the only difference is that third bedroom. The living room really wasn't really that much bigger, but I was okay with that. But the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room were all separate, which I loved! It had a huge pantry and coat closet. The kitchen had so much counter space. There was a patio with storage. And then upstairs there were hook ups for a washer and dryer, a full sized washer and dryer. The master bathroom had a huge walk in closet which would be nice. And the smaller bedroom was so huge, compared to Brenden's room anyways. So much closet space! And on top of that, there would be a whole other bedroom.

After talking to the manager it sounds like there isn't even a wait list for the 3-bedrooms, we just need to turn in our application and application fee. This could possibly be it for us. Its only about $40 more a month, but that I can justify especially since no 2-bedroom would be able to fit everything that we have. We've got a few weeks to mole it over and to think more about it. We gave ourselves a deadline so that we could get ahead of the curve. Our lease doesn't end here until December, but I would like to know for sure that we have something lined up for when December comes. This is the first place we've looked at that we both love, and love everything about it. I'm pretty excited if you couldn't tell. It sounds like this could be the place. So pray that we can feel good for a decision soon. :)
