Almond Butter Blondies



I played with some ingredients and combined a few recipes I was looking at, and this is what I came up with! No sugar, but the honey and chocolate chips makes this super yummy!

2 1/2 C. Flour (can also use almond or coconut flour)
1 t. Baking Soda
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1/2 C. Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 C. Honey
1/2 C. Almond Butter
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
Dash of Salt
Coconut

1. Mix all wet ingredients and dry separately (omitting chocolate chips and coconut.)
2. Add dry ingredients to wet. Then stir in chocolate chips.
3. Grease 8x8 baking dish. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of pan.
4. Add coconut to the top. I used 1/2 C.
5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cool and enjoy. The center will be moist and yummy!
